CJC-Ipa Chemical

A broadsheet reading of the CJC-1295 and ipamorelin literature — what the GHRH-plus-GHRP record actually establishes, and where it stops.

Study amounts don't make a personal plan

What CJC-1295 Ipamorelin Dosage Did Studies Use?

Each figure belongs to one study in people or animals. None gives the mix a proved safe amount.

Why can't one amount fit both drugs?

The makers wanted CJC-1295 to remain in blood for a long time. Ipamorelin was meant to give a brief hormone rise. One amount for CJC-1295 Ipamorelin can mislead you because the two drugs stay active for unequal spans.

Most human studies covered only CJC-1295. Nearly every ipamorelin number came from work on mice or rats. Human work hasn't found an amount that is safe or helpful for both drugs together.

Below, each number comes with the person or animal that received it and the way it was given. This isn't your plan. An animal amount isn't a human dose, and an amount for one drug doesn't cover both.

That limit belongs beside every number you see below.

Where did cjc 1295 ipamorelin dosage figures come from?

Human numbers for cjc 1295 ipamorelin dosage come from CJC-1295 alone. In Phase 1, healthy adults got CJC-1295 under the skin. Their amounts went from 30 to 90 millionths of a gram per kilogram of body weight [1][7]. Blood tests tracked growth hormone and growth factor 1 for days. That liver hormone helps your cells grow.

One mouse study used about 2 millionths of a gram of CJC-1295 each day. The team blocked the mouse's brain hormone. No human test shows how long the short form remains. Plans listed about 100–200 millionths of a gram per shot. No human study used those planned amounts.

Most ipamorelin amounts came from animals. Bone studies used about 100 millionths of a gram per kilogram three times a day. Others used 0.5 milligrams for each kilogram per day. Gut studies used 0.01–1 milligrams for each kilogram, given into a vein. In rats and mice, the hormone rise reached its limit near 1 microgram, or a millionth of a gram, per kilogram. More ipamorelin brought no further rise.

These figures don't establish a safe amount for your use of the pair.

Where did cjc 1295 ipamorelin dosage figures come from?

Why does time change what a dose number means?

In people, about half of the long-lasting CJC-1295 drug remained in the blood between day six and day eight. Its hook joins albumin, a protein often found in blood. The hooked drug was still present in rats after 72 hours [4].

CJC-1295 without the hook leaves far sooner. Its short form may last a few minutes or about thirty minutes. Substances carried by your blood cut it apart, much as they cut down your body's own peptide. In rats and mice, ipamorelin remained for less than two hours. In those animals, growth hormone peaked near 40 minutes. Human work hasn't settled the timing.

One number can't fairly compare a days-long drug with a brief one.

How were the study drugs handled?

Researchers used two routes: directly into a vein or under the skin. In some rat and mouse work, a small pump sat below the skin. Other animal studies sent ipamorelin through the nose. These details show what the teams did, and they aren't methods for you to copy.

Trained lab workers handled the dry powder. They used germ-free water mixed with a liquid that helps stop germs. The mixed liquid stayed between 2 and 8 degrees celsius, close to refrigerator temperature. Heat, hard shaking, or freezing more than once could weaken the drugs. This background describes the studies; it doesn't give mixing steps.

Your blood contains substances that cut apart the body's own short peptide. The makers changed CJC-1295 and added a hook to slow that cutting.

Lab handling doesn't offer a safe preparation method for you.

Why can't these amounts become your plan?

Long-lasting CJC-1295 reached Phase 2, a later test in people, but the work stopped. Ipamorelin was studied too and wasn't approved. Fixed CJC-1295 Ipamorelin has no published human study.

Plans elsewhere borrow amounts from one-drug studies. Some also lean on work where two related drugs made growth hormone rise more [3][5]. This evidence can't identify an amount that is safe or helpful for the pair. One wide review found no large studies that followed people for years [6].

Animal numbers and one-drug amounts can't turn into a safe plan for you.
